New Oakridge Co-op store on track for spring 2025 opening

Construction of the new Oakridge Co-op store is progressing on schedule, with grand opening still slated for spring 2025.

The structural framing and decking is complete and over the next few months the walls will be framed, enclosed and under slab services will be installed.  Roofing is also scheduled to be installed in the next few weeks.

In terms of the overall redevelopment of the area, the second floor of the retail building is fully occupied and operational. The latest tenant to open in the building is Pozen Yoga.
