This Thursday evening, local musician Jenny Allen will play the Quinterra Legacy Garden Stage, located on the eastern edge of South Glenmore Park. The concert runs from 7 to 8 p.m.
Allen’s music is described as “dynamic folk rock, with a twist of rootsy blues with outstanding vocals, instrumentation and strong penmanship.” Allen will be supported by her long-time musical collaborator Peter Loughlin.
The Stage open late last fall and provides an outdoor venue for musicians to showcase their skills on the edge of the Glenmore Reservoir. The concert is presented by The Prophets of Music Society - an innovative not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting emerging artists in the creation of exceptional music.
