A new dog grooming business – Refurbish Spaw – has recently opened its doors in Oak Bay Plaza, right next door to Pawticular Pet Supply.
Owner Raina Lebbert has been grooming dogs for nearly a decade and recently decided to start her own business. Services range from nail clippings to bath-and-brushes to full grooms.
