Oakridge Community Association launches free membership drive

In celebration of the Oakridge Community Association’s (OCA) 50th Anniversary, it is providing every Oakridge resident with a free one-year membership.

Memberships are valid from May 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2022, with early bird registration running from Feb. 15th to April 30th, 2020. You can register for your free membership by visiting www.oakridgecommunity.ca.

An OCA membership, normally priced at $40 per household or $20 for seniors, provides the holder with a wide variety of benefits, including:

• Enjoy free public skating at the Oakridge Arena from September to March (when COVID restrictions are lifted)

• Enables you to join the Oakridge Racquet Club

• Enables you to join the Oakridge Garden Club

• Enables you to join Quick Fit Circuit Training at the community centre

• Provides you with discounts at the following area businesses: Anna’s Alterations, F45, Grass Station, and Purlieu Bistro

• Receive discount on children’s Learn to Skate lessons (when COVID restrictions are lifted)

• Supports efforts to host the Annual Stampede Breakfast and manage the outdoor rink
