OCA creates committee to revitalize community greenspaces

After a group of local residents spent the last six months developing the concept of Oh MY Oakridge, it has become an official committee of the Oakridge Community Association, as of Nov. 16, 2021.

Oh MY Oakridge has a goal to revitalize and connect all greenspaces in Oakridge to create a more desirable and livable neighbourhood. The committee aims to provide a range of local opportunities for residents to recreate and interact.

The committee is presently focused on raising funds to develop a series of community engagement sessions throughout 2022, in an effort to create a 10-year master plan for the community's greenspaces.
