After some construction delays due to the COVID-19 crisis, the long-awaited Costco on the Tsuu T’ina Nation is set to open on Aug. 28th.
While much of the building itself is already complete, another two months is needed to complete the infrastructure around the complex, including the access road. Presently, work is being completed on paving the massive parking lot to the west of the Costco building.
The wholesale outlet has been under construction for the last year and is located off the southwest ring road at 130th Avenue S.W. This will be the fourth Costco in the Calgary area.
